Territory Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Business Manager to join our commercial team at SpringWorks Therapeutics. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts at the territory level and serving as the primary liaison between customers and our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, physician practices, and hospitals/clinics to ensure excellent customer service and support.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business results.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share, to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience, with 5+ years of proven rare disease sales experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the oncology landscape and market dynamics.
- Reimbursement and Managed Care: Strong expertise in reimbursement and managed care knowledge.
- Integrity and Work Ethic: Possesses high integrity and exceptional work ethic, with a strong commitment to fostering mutual trust and respect.
- Driver's License: A valid and active driver's license.
- Travel: Position may require domestic travel up to 50% of the time.
- Residency: Candidate must live within the identified territory.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $185,000 to $210,000, discretionary incentive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401K matching, and a full week of holiday break at year end.
