Overview

As a Customer Account Support Associate, your primary role will be to facilitate a seamless experience for our clients by delivering prompt and courteous assistance. Your meticulous nature is crucial in accurately managing orders to enhance customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with independent agencies within a designated region to efficiently resolve account concerns and service inquiries.
  • Maximize order fulfillment for assigned accounts by accurately processing consignment, direct sales, and loaner orders.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients within the organization to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Identify and rectify pricing inconsistencies in coordination with the Pricing Administrator.
  • Examine invoice discrepancies and assist in product recovery when necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support quality standards and assist sales personnel as required.
Qualifications and Skills

Education:
  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational qualifications.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required.
  • Experience within the healthcare sector is advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Able to make independent decisions and execute tasks effectively.
  • Quick to learn new tools and systems.
