Overview
As a Customer Account Support Associate, your primary role will be to facilitate a seamless experience for our clients by delivering prompt and courteous assistance. Your meticulous nature is crucial in accurately managing orders to enhance customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with independent agencies within a designated region to efficiently resolve account concerns and service inquiries.
- Maximize order fulfillment for assigned accounts by accurately processing consignment, direct sales, and loaner orders.
- Serve as an advocate for clients within the organization to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Identify and rectify pricing inconsistencies in coordination with the Pricing Administrator.
- Examine invoice discrepancies and assist in product recovery when necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support quality standards and assist sales personnel as required.
Education:
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational qualifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required.
- Experience within the healthcare sector is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Able to make independent decisions and execute tasks effectively.
- Quick to learn new tools and systems.
