Insurance Sales Representative

As a successful State Farm Agent, we are seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team as an Account Representative. This role is ideal for an energetic and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Competitive salary plus commission/bonus structure

- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Self-motivation
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
