  • Answer public inquiries and respond to correspondence
  • Assist with procedures and policies
  • Track and process fees, including attorney licensing, training, and association fees
  • Coordinate with legal and planning staff to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes related to legal and administrative filings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe programs
