Business Development Manager, Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive, Enterprise. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide leadership with reports on sales activities and projects as requested.
- Create long-term renewable business by focusing your efforts on customers that fit RedTeam's ideal customer profile, involving key decision-makers, influencers, stakeholders, and addressing their unique requirements.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by pursuing new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B.
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired.
- Proven record of success in an inside sales and outside sales-based selling model.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
