New Home Sales Counselor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated New Home Sales Counselor to join our team at Park Square Homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial customer contact to closing of escrow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet prospective customers, collecting completed registration cards and entering prospect and Realtor information into our company management system.
  • Utilize effective discovery techniques to determine customer needs and buying motives.
  • Deliver personalized sales presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of our homes, as well as our company's reputation and core values.
  • Actively tour prospective customers through our model homes, home sites, and community amenities to fully familiarize them with our product offering.
  • Seek to close prospective customers by asking multiple closing-related questions during the presentation.
  • Discuss and explain the homebuilding and home buying process to customers, ensuring they understand the location of their new home, property lines, and neighboring structures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers, and performing follow-up to ensure successful closing of sales.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure high standards of quality for our model homes, sales centers, and community signage.
  • Prospect for new customers through self-marketing efforts, such as networking, referrals, and building relationships with Realtors and Brokers.
  • Follow up with all customers and Realtors who express interest in our product.

We are looking for a bright, focused, and solutions-oriented individual who can function as a partner, driving results with diplomacy, persistence, professionalism, and integrity. Exceptional prospecting, phone, presentation, listening, communication, and closing skills are a must. Strong networking skills and a desire to connect with existing communities are a plus. We require a self-starter with passion and enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, and the ability to successfully meet individual, divisional, and company sales goals. Strong software skills, including fluency in all Microsoft Windows Office applications, are also essential.

Requirements:

  • Active Florida Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License.
  • Ability to work weekends.
