Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Home Health Sales Representative to join our team at Pinnacle Home Care. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating business and meeting targets from an assigned territory and interacting in the community to promote our company services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for formal or contractual relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities.
- Execute territory sales plans in coordination with operational and clinical leadership to ensure extraordinary customer service.
- Develop relationships with prospective sources, including hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and ALFs, to enhance sales growth.
- Meet and/or exceed sales targets for growth.
- Attend community strategic meetings within the prospective territory.
- Develop a focus-driven marketing strategy with the Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
- Maintain market awareness and communicate updates effectively.
- Organize, distribute, and track respective patient documents for the organization.
- Communicate and assist operations as needed to ensure timely admissions, patient, and referral source satisfaction.
- Attend company sales/marketing meetings.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, and problem-solving.
- Exhibit organizational skills, professional appearance, behavior, and a service attitude towards the community and others.
