Responsibilities:


In the role of Environmental Services Specialist, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our healthcare environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough cleaning and sanitization of patient rooms, waiting areas, and common spaces to prevent the spread of infections.
  • Utilizing specialized equipment and cleaning techniques to ensure all surfaces are properly disinfected.
  • Adhering to established protocols for the disposal of biohazard materials, including sharp objects and bodily fluids.
  • Restocking essential supplies such as soap, paper towels, and linens in various areas of the hospital.
  • Engaging with patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

You will be instrumental in fostering a safe and comfortable environment for everyone who enters our facility. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will enhance the overall patient experience.


Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
Previous experience in a healthcare or commercial cleaning setting is advantageous.
