Conduent State Healthcare, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate II to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering multiple call types, and navigating complex systems to input and read/interpret data.
Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate II. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Answering multiple call types focused on assisting Kentucky citizens with various health benefits
- Navigating complex systems to input and read/interpret data
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting productivity and quality standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year minimum experience in high-volume call centers
- 1 year minimum customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Background and drug screening
- Excellent typing and grammar skills
- Ability to navigate a computer
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Reliable internet access
- Quiet work environment, free of distractions
