Customer Experience Associate II

Conduent State Healthcare, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate II to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Job Summary:The Customer Experience Associate II will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on various health benefits, including Medicaid and SNAP. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information on various health benefits, including Medicaid and SNAP
- Work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- 1 year minimum experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Ability to problem-solve through analysis and ongoing feedback
- Achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- High School diploma or GED
- Background and drug screening required
- $16.50 per hour base pay
- Paid training and equipment provided
- Full-time schedule with 40 hours per week
