Job Title: Customer Experience Associate II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Associate II to join our team at Conduent State Healthcare, LLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering multiple call types, and navigating complex systems to input and read/interpret data.

About the Role

This is a remote call center position that requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for answering calls, resolving customer issues, and providing information on various health benefits, including SNAP, Medicaid, and TNAF.

Responsibilities
  • Answer multiple call types, including password resets, application status, and application intake/updates
  • Navigate complex systems to input and read/interpret data
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, including valid transfers, Quality Assurance, and Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Follow a break and lunch schedule, set by our global Workforce team
Requirements
  • 1 year minimum experience in High Volume Call Centers
  • 1 year minimum Customer Service Experience
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Background and drug screening required
  • Ability to adhere to a break and lunch schedule
  • Excellent typing and grammar skills
  • Ability to navigate a computer
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills
  • Reliable internet access
  • Quiet work environment, free of distractions
  • Must reside in the State of Kentucky for this position
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $16.50 per hour, paid training, and a full benefits package, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time.

In addition, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, based on business need.
