About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at NICE. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for securing long-term adoption and relationships with our customers, as well as driving growth and expansion of their accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive long-term adoption and growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, providing recommendations based on risk and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and growth
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within current accounts and drive growth initiatives
  • Conduct ongoing customer training and support
  • Present product demonstrations and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related or technical field
  • 5+ years of B2B client-relationship management experience in software/technology, preferably in workforce management, quality assurance, and/or contact center industry
  • Strong understanding of customer success processes and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks, with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
