We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in El Paso, TX. This is an in-person position with a contract possibility of extension or permanent offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephonic patient outreach and engagement
  • Patient check-in, including demographic information and insurance verification
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
  • Mailing medical information and devices to patients as needed
  • Assisting with front office duties and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft applications
  • Prior experience with EMR systems and ICD-10 coding preferred
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred
