Transformative Role in Client Engagement

As a Client Director at AIG Inc, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's client engagement strategy, driving business growth, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and broker partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic action plans with clients to identify critical focus areas, existing alignment, and opportunities for increased partnership.
  • Serve as the senior AIG point of contact for key client partners, building trust and credibility through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with Zonal leadership to integrate client-centric focus into all Zonal sales and business planning, driving business production and performance goals.
  • Manage account and product portfolio across Distribution and Profit Center resources, ensuring seamless delivery of AIG's value proposition to clients.
  • Develop and implement collaborative marketing strategies to enhance business production and performance, while driving client retention and premium retention goals.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the P&C insurance industry.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence brokers, clients, peers, senior executives, and staff.
  • Strong financial and accounting skills to effectively engage at the senior management level.
  • Ability to manage complex global insurance relationships and drive business growth.
