Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Solutions Manager to join our team. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a business owner, entrepreneur, and customer service specialist to build your own book of business.
- Utilize expert oral and written communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Partner with sales leadership to create strategies for prospecting new business and driving sales growth.
- Use your personality and positive energy to impact others and your working environment.
- Work as a team in a fast-paced environment to deliver value-added solutions.
- Practice effective time management to organize your day and avoid getting easily distracted.
- Be an inquisitive, quick learner, and pay attention to small details.
- Never settle and be competitive and willing to take initiative to put your customers first.
- Grow your book of business continually and consistently.
- You must be able to work full-time Monday through Friday.

- A College Degree is preferred, but relevant advanced sales or industry experience will be considered.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.

- Driven by a high moral and ethical compass.
- Willingness to conduct and build your business confidently over the telephone and face-to-face.
