Facility Solutions Manager

City Wide Facility Solutions, a leading provider of building maintenance services, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in St. Louis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, overseeing service needs, and driving business growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships, including retention, expansion, and diversification of City Wide building solutions and products.
- Develop and implement effective service strategies and schedules tailored to each client.
- Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services, determining pricing, staffing, and logistics.
- Manage contractor relationships, including pricing, contract terms, and compliance.
- Ensure quality and client satisfaction through detailed quality control inspections and follow-through on commitments.
- Direct night managers to execute client strategies and ensure services are performed correctly.
- Address and communicate client issues with contractors and the Director of Operations.
- Schedule non-routine activities in client facilities.
- Notify sales executives of potential accounts in your territory.
- $75,000 - $135,000 all-in compensation, including commissions and bonuses.
- $500 per month car allowance.
- 100% paid health insurance.
- 401K with 4% employer match.
