Job Overview: This role is pivotal in managing projects and facilitating the onboarding of new conversions and implementations onto the Newport platform.

Acts as the main liaison for plan sponsors, advisors, and internal Newport teams to ensure successful onboarding of client plans onto the Newport platform. Develops, implements, and oversees efficient project timelines and client-facing deliverables. Collaborates with plan sponsors, internal and external consultants, and previous service providers to ensure the successful conversion of plan data, assets, and liabilities. Organizes and leads weekly status calls with clients and external partners to provide updates and address outstanding issues. Maintains and organizes meeting materials such as agendas, minutes, and timelines. Interprets legal plan documents and the implementation process, translating client requests into actionable tasks. Researches and comprehends the client onboarding process, plan setup, and project documentation requirements. Works closely with cross-functional support teams to resolve system setup and configuration challenges. Takes initiative and facilitates resolutions to client inquiries and issues using available internal and external resources. Prepares client data utilizing Excel tools, including but not limited to: data extracts, formatting, manipulation, and editing to ensure completeness and compliance with contractual obligations and client expectations. Compiles necessary documentation for initial plan setup and provides post-implementation support by creating accurate and detailed administration manuals outlining processes and procedures related to the project. Manages multiple case assignments, varying clients, and shifting priorities to effectively address project needs. Consistently meets or exceeds performance expectations while working under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment with tight deadlines. Emphasizes continuous learning in daily activities and interactions. Collaborates and shares knowledge openly with colleagues. Maintains regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.Management Responsibilities

5 - 7 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. Familiarity with non-qualified deferred compensation plans is a plus, along with a solid understanding of various retirement plans, market operations, and general retirement plan practices. Experience in project management. Advanced proficiency in Excel.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field. Extensive knowledge of implementation and conversions of retirement plans.Competencies
