Job Summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Quality Programs Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical quality team, you will be responsible for implementing clinical quality programs to drive Total Performance Score in Quality Reporting Programs. This role requires a deep understanding of the CMS Home Health Value-Based Purchasing Model and the ability to analyze clinical data to identify key drivers of value.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement clinical quality programs to drive Total Performance Score in Quality Reporting Programs
* Educate clinical teams on new regulations and metrics as well as related standards and best practices
* Interface with the clinical quality team to design interventions with VBP in mind
* Strategic management of integration of CMS Home Health Value-Based Purchasing Model into CenterWell Home Health

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree
* Clinical licensure: Nursing & Therapy
* Home health quality management experience
* 2 or more years of project leadership experience
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including ability to link pivots to external data sources, creating pivot tables and summarizing data into reports and dashboards

* Competitive pay range: $102,200 - $140,700 per year
