Job Summary:
The Logistics Inventory Coordinator is an integral part of the InProduction Inventory Operations Team. This position is directly responsible for overseeing and facilitating the movement and tracking of equipment between job locations and yards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper inventory of all equipment in the compound.
- Maintain cleanliness of the compound.
- Provide compound lists to operations daily.
- Load trucks, per provided load lists.
- Utilize Sports to confirm all requested equipment has been loaded on a truck.
- Upload pictures into SPORTS for all loaded trucks.
- Verify that the correct load is loaded on the right truck.
- Communicate with operations on any deviations or shortages from requested load lists.
- Responsible for ensuring that equipment is sorted and banded prior to loading on a truck.
- Request assistance, as needed.
- During load-ins, responsible for receiving all trucks in Sports and verify all material shipped is accounted for.
- Ensure that the required material is onsite to load out each job.
- Liaising with job leads and communicating needs for equipment.
- Pickup and deliver material to the compound, as opportunities allow.
- Retrieve needed material from the jobsite to ensure it is loaded on the requested truck.
- Assist leads in distribution of material during periods of low loading and unloading.
- Provide support to builds and tear downs as opportunities allow.
Requirements:
- Must be able to travel out of town overnight and be away from home for up to 90 days at a time.
- Must have and maintain a valid and current driver's license.
- Experience in loading trucks.
- Comfortable using a tablet and accessing email and computer programs.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs without assistance.
- Ability to work from heights.
- Ability to direct and manage 1-4 employees.
