Procurement Specialist for Food Inventory Management

We're seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage food inventory levels, orders, and costs for our Orlando location. As a key member of our team, you'll calculate figures, maintain accurate records, and post invoices using computer programs. Conducting inventory audits, completing requisition forms, and notifying managers of low stock levels are all essential tasks in this role. Your attention to detail will ensure the accuracy of shipping invoices and receiving reports, while your problem-solving skills will help troubleshoot vendor delivery issues and oversee returns. Adhering to food safety and handling policies is crucial in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related work experience. As a Procurement Specialist, you'll work closely with our team to ensure the efficient management of inventory and supplies. You'll also be responsible for monitoring PAR levels, reporting accidents and injuries, and following company policies and procedures. The estimated annual salary for this role is $41,600, based on a $20.00/hour wage and a 40-hour workweek.
