About This Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to join our team at Colony Hardware. As an Inventory Control Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels and identify any defects or damage.
  • Count and record inventory data manually or electronically, and label merchandise with stock and inventory control codes.
  • Run daily inventory reports to update system records and balance stock levels.
  • Maintain and review backorder reports to resolve any discrepancies and ensure accurate inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of warehouse experience, including experience with inventorying high-volume products.
  • Experience working with warehouse or inventory management systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
  • Experience operating machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, or cherry pickers.
