We are seeking an experienced Inventory Clerk to monitor and report on the company's inventory. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and business skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep precise records.

Responsibilities
  • Create inventory optimization procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages
  • Ensure adequate levels of stock to meet customer demand and place orders when necessary
  • Use existing data to forecast future demand
  • Log shipments and deliveries
  • Develop relationships with outside vendors and suppliers
  • Use computer software to monitor inventory levels and demand
  • Utilize QuickBooks for inventory management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field
  • Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk is preferred
  • APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Familiarity with inventory management software
  • Ability to accurately report on inventory
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
Spanish language skills are also beneficial for this role.
