Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banking Center Manager II to lead our team in Hardy, VA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and overseeing all banking center functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to meet or exceed consumer and business loans, deposits, and fee income goals.
  • Engage with the local community through civic organizations and community groups to build relationships and promote our brand.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service standards and profit goals are met through proactive sales and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with support groups to develop and implement activities within the branch market area.
  • Manage staffing levels to provide exceptional customer service and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve production standards to ensure regulatory compliance and cost control.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at civic and community events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of retail banking experience, with 1-2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to meet the requirements of a background credit check and comply with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008.
