Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Center Manager II to lead our team and drive business growth in the southeastern United States. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all banking center functions, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to meet or exceed consumer and business loans, deposits, and fee income goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the market area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and civic organizations to promote the bank's brand and services.
  • Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with support groups to develop and implement activities that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
  • Manage and control operational and administrative expenses to achieve budget targets.
  • Resolve customer service issues and represent the bank in a professional manner at community events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of retail banking experience, with 1-2 years of leadership experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to meet the requirements of a background credit check and comply with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008.
