Banking Center Manager II

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Center Manager II to lead our team and drive business growth in the southeastern United States. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all banking center functions, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to meet or exceed consumer and business loans, deposits, and fee income goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the market area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and civic organizations to promote the bank's brand and services.
- Oversee the training and motivation of personnel to ensure high-quality customer service standards and profit goals are met.
- Collaborate with support groups to develop and implement activities within the branch market area.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiencies and production standards.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations.
- Manage operational and administrative expenses to ensure profitability.
- Resolve customer service issues and provide exceptional customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of retail banking experience, with 1-2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to meet the requirements of a background credit check and comply with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations.
