About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Banking Specialist II to join our team at FirstBank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, handling transactions, and promoting financial products and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide excellent client service by accurately and expeditiously opening new accounts and other products for current clients and new clients to the Bank.
  • Transaction Handling: Handle transactions at the teller window, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
  • Financial Product Promotion: Promote financial products and services to clients, including loans, credit cards, and investment products.
  • Staff Assistance: Provide staff assistance to multiple branches in the North St. Louis County area.
  • Sales and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and pursue sales and cross-sell opportunities with clients.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued business with FirstBank.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Bank policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 months previous client service experience preferred.
  • Cash Handling Experience: Previous cash-handling experience required.
  • Banking Experience: Previous banking experience strongly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Developed customer service skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use a PC and alpha/numeric keyboard.
