Patient Referrals Liaison

Regional Home Care is seeking a skilled Patient Referrals Representative to join our team in Leominster, MA. As a key point of contact for referring doctors' offices and hospitals, you will play a crucial role in initiating the process for patients to receive CPAPs, BiPAPs, and other durable medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with referring doctors' offices and hospitals via telephone and email
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients via telephone and email
- Stay up-to-date on company respiratory products and services
- Update and maintain patient account information
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize daily workflow
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new data management platforms
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
