Job Overview

Regional Home Care is seeking a skilled Patient Referrals Representative to join our team in Leominster, MA. As a key point of contact for referring doctors' offices and hospitals, you will play a crucial role in initiating the process for patients to receive CPAPs, BiPAPs, and other durable medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with referring doctors' offices and hospitals via telephone and email
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients via telephone and email
  • Stay up-to-date on company respiratory products and services
  • Update and maintain patient account information
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize daily workflow
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new data management platforms
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
