About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and contribute to the growth and development of our clinical staff. As an RBT Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that equip RBTs with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavior analysis, with a proven track record of training and supervising RBTs. If you are passionate about making a positive impact and dedicated to delivering high-quality training, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Training Delivery: Design and deliver onboarding training programs for RBTs, including instruction and hands-on practice of behavior-analytic principles.
- Assessment and Feedback: Assess RBTs' understanding of training materials, ensuring they meet competency standards and are aligned with our company's protocols.
- Clinical Collaboration: Work closely with the Clinical Training Manager to maintain consistent training practices and stay current with industry standards and best practices.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion.
- Treatment Sessions: Deliver group treatment sessions of up to 6 clients in the clinic setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current BCaBA certification with active status.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be available during clinic hours (8:30am-4:30pm)
- At least 3 years of experience in behavior analysis, with a strong background in training and supervising RBTs.
- Prior experience in developing training materials and curricula.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
