Make a Difference in Children's Lives

Gainfully employed as a Registered Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home and community settings.

As a member of our team at the Autism Behavioral Institute, you will provide one-on-one interventions, teaching social and daily living skills, communication skills, and behavior intervention. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing home-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Introducing safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers
  • Following treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeking out appropriate consultation
  • Collecting behavior data and recording it in CentralReach after each session
  • Participating in training and clinical supervision

We offer a competitive compensation structure, with a salary of up to $35 per hour, as well as mileage reimbursement and opportunities for professional growth and development.

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) and a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or higher education in a human service field is preferred but not required.
