Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team at Accelerated Management Inc. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and empowering them with knowledge about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in telecommunications technology to provide cutting-edge support to our customers.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system to maintain comprehensive records and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a technical helpdesk role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers.
  • Familiarity with common telecommunications protocols and technologies is a plus.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
