We are looking for a dedicated Pet Care Customer Support Specialist to enhance our customer experience at K9 Resorts East Brunswick. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every client receives an exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome all visitors entering the facility.
  • Manage Check In/Check Out and reservation processes using our POS system.
  • Process payments efficiently.
  • Safeguard pets and ensure their proper placement within the facility.
  • Respond to phone inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with the supervising manager to assist with various office tasks.
  • Conduct facility tours for prospective clients as needed.
  • Oversee the feeding and medication of all dogs.
  • Facilitate personal playtimes for dogs upon request.
  • Take dogs outside for necessary elimination breaks.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and all boarding and daycare areas.
  • Supervise daycare activities.
  • Perform bathing duties for dogs.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in computer operations, particularly with Microsoft Windows.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
