About the Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Growth Product Manager to spearhead our interdisciplinary expansion team, dedicated to enhancing and refining pathways for attracting new participants to the Hinge Health initiative.
This team primarily concentrates on user acquisition but may evolve to encompass additional facets of the user experience.
This Senior Growth Product Manager will facilitate rapid hypothesis testing as we explore new potential avenues and leverage experimentation to enhance current channels and conversion metrics.
Furthermore, this role will pinpoint and cultivate innovative channels for driving revenue enhancement at Hinge Health.Key Responsibilities:
1. Elevate our user enrollment figures year-over-year, targeting an increasing share of our reachable demographics.
2. Deliver exceptional products by collaborating across functions to achieve organizational objectives, managing well-structured sprints, and upholding transparent roadmaps.
3. Conduct experiments and A/B testing that yield actionable insights, enhancing our understanding of effective strategies for engaging specific demographic groups.
4. Develop entirely new channels that facilitate user sign-ups, particularly among our most challenging demographics.

Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in product management.
- 4+ years in a growth-focused product management role.
- Proven track record in high-performing product teams, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration, swift testing, and prioritizing outcomes over outputs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to discern patterns from complex scenarios.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO and paid marketing strategies.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in health education, digital therapeutics, or patient engagement platforms.
Compensation:
This role offers a competitive annual salary, along with equity and benefits.
Please note that the salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and work location.
The annual salary range for this position is $216,000 - $324,000.Company Overview:
