Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients in accordance with standards of nursing practice.
- Utilize theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the nursing staff to provide comprehensive care and support, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, fostering a culture of compassion and respect.
- 1 year of Endoscopy experience.
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications.
