Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembler I to join our team at ICONMA, LLC. As an Assembler I, you will play a critical role in the production process, assembling components and sub-assemblies to contribute to the completion of a variety of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components, including sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components, to meet quality and quantity standards.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to inventory management and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
