About the Role

Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team in Seattle, WA. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test complex mechanical and electrical systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and techniques to improve efficiency and quality
  • Conduct quality control checks and troubleshoot issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process excellence

Requirements:

  • Background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in NPI engineering, preferably in the drone or aerospace industry
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques
  • Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
