About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to the program directors and administration team at SESI Schools. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter data into our school information system and produce weekly reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Campus and Stakeholder Support: Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records, managing supplies, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with program directors, staff, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: At least two years of administrative experience required, with a strong background in customer service and communication.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven ability to type at least 65wpm, work well under pressure, take initiative, and work independently. Strong writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are essential.
  • Attention to Detail and Flexibility: Must have strong attention to detail and be flexible to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
