Exciting Opportunity in Automotive Sales
Brinson Ford Lincoln, a prominent player in the automotive sector, is on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Salesperson.
In this role, you will be tasked with establishing and nurturing customer relationships, showcasing our diverse range of vehicles, and skillfully negotiating sales to not only meet but surpass sales objectives.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary complemented by a commission structure, allowing for potential earnings ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 annually.
Compensation is disbursed semi-monthly, and in addition to competitive pay, we provide a robust benefits package that includes health insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and an employee vehicle purchase program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles and their features effectively to potential buyers.
- Communicate technical information and industry trends to customers in a clear and accessible manner.
- Assess client needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Negotiate and finalize sales to achieve and exceed both individual and dealership sales targets.
- Employ effective prospecting and follow-up techniques to generate new leads.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, promotions, and services to engage customers effectively.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to dealership success.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven approach.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
