Position: Community Living Support Professional 1 – Part Time or Per Diem

Location: Florence, MA

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Work Hours: Up to 25 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible shifts including days, evenings, and overnight

Role Summary:
The Community Living Support Professional 1 plays a vital role in assisting individuals with disabilities in mastering daily living skills, promoting their independence. This position necessitates the ability to cultivate and sustain positive relationships that empower consumers to achieve their personal aspirations and goals. The professional will embody the organization's mission and values by facilitating positive transformations in the lives of individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or HiSET is preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow simple instructions and correspondence.
  • Capability to assist in lifting and transferring individuals as required.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including Electronic Health Records.
  • Flexibility in work schedules to meet the needs of program participants.

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated competencies relevant to the position.
  • Knowledge and skills in core training areas such as First Aid, CPR, Health & Safety, and Human Rights.
  • Participation in mandatory training sessions is required.
  • Ability to lift and transfer consumers with assistance, as this is a direct care role.
