Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities through engaging activities and community involvement.
  • Deliver direct assistance to individuals both in their residences and within the community.
  • Provide personal care and ensure the highest standards of support to meet individual needs.

Qualifications:

Applicants must fulfill all eligibility and ongoing job requirements, including background checks and physical examinations.

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience as a direct support professional is preferred but not mandatory. Comprehensive training will be provided.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle during work hours are necessary.
  • Must have held a U.S. driver's license for at least two years (excluding permit time).
  • Must be listed as a driver on a valid auto insurance policy.
  • Ability to operate both personal and company vehicles during work hours.

Work Schedule:

Shifts are available in various time slots: 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, and 11pm to 7am. We also offer weekend shifts to accommodate your availability.

Compensation and Benefits:

The starting pay for this role is $17.50/hour, with potential increases for specific shifts.

Additional differential rates include:

  • $1 for Monday to Friday on the 3-11 and 11-7 shifts
  • $1 for Saturday and Sunday on the 7-3 shift
  • $2 for Saturday and Sunday on the 3-11 and 11-7 shifts
