Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming consumer inquiries efficiently.
  • Serve as a vital link between customers and Re-Bath franchise owners.
  • Prepare and manage Designated Recovery Team (DRT) reports, ensuring timely updates and accurate expense tracking.
  • Authorize credits within warranty limits and escalate any complex issues to management.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook in daily operations.

Work Schedule

Standard hours are from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.

  • Proven ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Quick assessment skills to reach effective resolutions promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience Requirements

A minimum of two years in a customer service role is preferred. Experience in remodeling or construction is advantageous. A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
