Key Responsibilities

As a Revenue Generation and Homeowner Support Professional, your responsibilities will include:

  • Complete pre-scheduled consultative sales calls with homeowners to understand their financial needs, assess their suitability for a Home Equity Investment, and educate them on its key details.
  • Proactively reach out to leads to complete consultative sales calls and ensure acceptance of initial estimates and final offers.
  • Respond to homeowners' pricing/product-related questions or concerns in a timely manner and direct them to the assigned production team member for assistance.

You must be registered as a mortgage loan originator (MLO) in the Nationwide Mortgage License System and Registry (NMLS), and have excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
