Job Overview:
- Proven experience as a SIGINT analyst is essential. The candidate should possess the capability to collaborate with cross-functional and joint teams to conduct capability assessments for both operational and strategic challenges.
- Experience with Combatant Commands is highly advantageous, along with a robust network of active contacts within the intelligence community.
- The individual must be adept at processing multi-discipline intelligence to produce fused outputs, indications and warnings, and comprehensive threat assessments.
- Experience in advising and briefing government leadership on critical political, military, or irregular warfare capabilities to support operational and tactical planning is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) and engagement against peer adversaries is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant geospatial intelligence experience, showcasing expertise in digital cartography, image processing, computer technology, geographical information systems (GIS), geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, and photogrammetry.
- Demonstrated experience with RemoteView, ArcGIS, and Socet GXP, along with proficiency in handling large structured datasets.
- Ability to read and comprehend intelligence issues and military affairs, utilizing GIS to create Geospatial Intelligence reports and products for problem-solving.
- Experience utilizing compartmented GEOINT within the last three years.
- Proven experience in statistical and mathematical analysis applied to GEOINT within the last three years.
- Experience working on cross-Intelligence Community (IC) projects within the last three years.
- Proficient in conducting data mining using IC databases, open-source reporting, and other intelligence sources within the last three years.
- Experience collaborating with intelligence organizations and systems.
- Familiarity with collection and reporting systems, intelligence information sources, and techniques for identifying, collating, evaluating, and analyzing information within the last three years.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Active TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) is mandatory.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
