Job Title: Mid-Level Identity Intelligence Specialist

V2X is seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level Identity Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our intelligence community, you will play a critical role in supporting the vetting of local national employees and job applicants for Regional Security Offices at U.S. Embassies and Consulates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of biometric and biographic information on individuals of interest to determine if they pose a risk to U.S. State Department personnel or facilities.
  • Utilize numerous datasets, specialized tools, and advanced research and analytical techniques to identify and analyze individuals that may pose a threat to U.S. and State Department interests.
  • Develop and lead in-depth all-source analysis, using traditional and non-traditional classified and unclassified sources of intelligence.
  • Provide biometrics analysis training to newly hired DS/ICI/CCV contract Identity Intelligence Assistant and Junior Identity Intelligence Analysts.
  • Deploy the Diplomatic Security Identity Assurance System (DSIAS) to new locations at U.S. Embassies and Consulates, providing training to Foreign Service National Investigators on DSIAS and conducting mass enrollments of locally employed staff into DSIAS.
  • Perform Temporary Duty at any RSO Office worldwide to provide identity intelligence analysis support to the RSO mission of vetting locally engaged staff employees and job applicants.
Requirements:
  • 6 years of relevant intelligence analysis experience, or Counterintelligence, Human Resource Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) experience.
  • 1 year required or 2 years preferred experience conducting Identity Intelligence/biometric intelligence analysis.
  • Proficient in utilizing computer databases and intelligence-related automated systems to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Ability to provide advice, guidance, and consultation to officials with regard to the interpretation and application of analysis.
  • Top Secret/SCI personnel security clearance issued by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) prior to contract performance.
