Intelligence Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Planning Specialist to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As an Intelligence Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support for developing, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the Centers' support to Command Planning activities.
- Contribute to the development of strategic guidance, concept and plan development, plan assessments, and associated functions.
- Collaborate with senior defense officials to provide time-critical recommendations and support.
- Develop and maintain base plans, annexes, appendices, and tabs.
- Support the Joint Planning Process and its inputs and outputs, including JIPOE, Center of Gravity Analysis, Enemy Courses of Action, and Annex Bs.
- 3+ years of experience in intelligence planning.
- Experience with joint and combined multi-domain operations planning, campaign and contingency planning.
- Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process and its inputs and outputs.
- Ability to support and advise senior defense officials.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience supporting intelligence planning, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting intelligence planning.
- 3+ years of experience developing intelligence annexes, appendices, and other strategic documents.
- Experience in the Intelligence Community.
- Ability to brief senior defense and government officials.
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Completion of DoD Intelligence Planning Courses.

CompensationSalary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD).
