Job Title: Senior Identity Intelligence Specialist

V2X is seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' security needs.

Job Summary

The Senior Identity Intelligence Specialist will serve as the office of Counterintelligence and Counterterrorism Vetting (CCV), providing analysis, research, and support for the vetting of local national employees and job applicants. This role requires a strong understanding of intelligence analysis and the ability to utilize various databases and tools to identify and analyze individuals who may pose a threat to U.S. and State Department interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analysis and research support for the vetting of local national employees and job applicants
  • Utilize various databases and tools to identify and analyze individuals who may pose a threat to U.S. and State Department interests
  • Develop and analyze data to identify potential threats and make recommendations for mitigation
  • Conduct biometric and biographic analysis of individuals of interest
  • Provide training and support to newly hired Identity Intelligence Assistants and Junior and Mid-Level Identity Intelligence Analysts
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external customers to identify changing needs and requirements
Requirements
  • Eight (8) years of relevant intelligence analysis experience, or Counterintelligence, Human Resource Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant identity intelligence analysis experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred from a four (4) year U.S. accredited college in one of the following areas: Political Science, International Affairs, Area Studies, or a related field of study
  • Must be proficient in utilizing computer databases and intelligence related automated systems to support analytical efforts and product development
  • Ability to provide advice, guidance, and consultation to officials with regard to the interpretation and application of analysis
