Job Overview

BeloForm Craft is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing and communications initiatives, helping to craft compelling narratives that engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Distribute Marketing Materials: Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content, to effectively communicate our brand's message.

  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, providing valuable insights to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Help manage and update the company's social media profiles, engaging with our online community and fostering a positive brand image.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency in all communications, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand voice.
  • Plan and Coordinate Events: Assist in the planning and coordination of promotional events and activities, helping to drive engagement and build brand awareness.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong foundation in marketing principles and practices.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
