Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external marketing communications, events, and marketing analytics to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all US-based events and tradeshows to align with our marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Support marketing communications to existing workplace customers, including developing and disseminating materials to enhance business relationships.
  • Support internal communications related to marketing activities, such as launches and key initiatives, and maintain our internal facing SharePoint site.
  • Facilitate the capture and communication of marketing metrics gathered across multiple tactics and platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a business role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects that require attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing events.
  • Prior experience creating marketing copy.
  • Self-motivated to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with healthcare or related industry.
