Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Create and implement social media content and campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other platforms to engage with our audience and promote our events.
  • Assist with Event Logistics: Assist with coordinating event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, promotional materials, social media coverage, and vendor registration.
  • Support Marketing Efforts: Assist with creating and implementing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, direct mail, and other promotional materials.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze social media performance, including engagement rates, follower growth, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • 1+ Year of Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality: Required
  • Fluent English Language Skills: Required
  • Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite: Required
  • Experience with Social Media Platforms: Required
  • Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills: Required
Working Conditions

The Marketing and Events Coordinator will be required to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends, and evenings. Weekends will be required as part of the routine schedule.
