Job SummaryThe Clinical Nurse II is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, education, and support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Support the mission, values, and management of patient care services at WakeMed.
- 2 years of nursing experience, or no experience required with preferred education.
- Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing, with Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Registered Nurse licensure required.
7p-7a, Monday through Sunday, with as-needed weekend requirements and call responsibilities.
