We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team at UNC Rex Healthcare. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients with complex problems, including pulmonary and nephrology conditions.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork and communication.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One year of nursing experience, preferably in a pulmonary and nephrology setting.
